Associate Patient Care Coordinator – Long Beach, CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM- 4 PM

Location: Onsite – 2600 Redondo Ave, STE 103 Long Beach, CA 90806

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Arriving patients at the surgery center
• Cancelling, rescheduling and registering new patients
• Collecting copays and creating a batch (collecting money and making sure they balance payment at EOD
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to maintain deadlines and attendance 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Prior healthcare experience  
• Bilingual- Spanish/English

The salary range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
